Crime Prevention

The following information and links are provided for informational purposes only. If you would like to report a crime or make a police report, please call the Bayside Communication Center at 414-351-9900, or in an emergency dial 911.

If you believe something is suspicious call immediately describing the activity observed and why you believe it is suspicious. Even waiting a few minutes may result in the suspicious person no longer remaining in the area. This results in officers being unable to locate and possibly identify the person and determine if they may have just committed a crime or stop a crime from being committed.

The Whitefish Bay Police Department has 3 officers that may assist you with crime prevention issues. Officers Dave Hryniewicki and Patrick Murphy focus on residential issues and Officer Jay Brustmann focuses on business related issues. They can be reached at 414-962-3830.
