The Village of Whitefish Bay rents out the lower level of the Village Hall known as the Historic Room. The room is available only to recognized non-profit civic organizations, one of whose purposes is the betterment of the community, over 60% of whose membership consists of Whitefish Bay residents.
Those groups that qualify under this definition may rent the room for a fee of $25 per meeting. The room is available weekdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturdays/Sundays from Noon to 10 p.m. Building must be vacated by 10:30 p.m.
Facilities may be used by the organization for their regular or special meetings, and for other activities compatible with the nature of the organization.
Application for each reservation or series of reservations may be made for an organization by an adult Whitefish Bay resident who is a member of the organization. Please download and complete the Application (PDF) and return to the Village Clerk / Treasurer's Office. Please also read the attached rules and regulations regarding the room rental.
