Whitefish Bay Trick-or-Treat Announcement (10/9/20)


Whitefish Bay Trick-or-Treat Announcement: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and North Shore Health Department have all recommended against in-person trick-or-treating this year. Although Whitefish Bay was planning to proceed with designated Trick-or-Treat hours, after further consideration of the current status of the COVID-19 pandemic in Wisconsin ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ช๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—•๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—น๐—น ๐—ป๐—ผ ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ-๐—ผ๐—ฟ-๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ.
Following CDC guidelines, neighborhood level trick-or-treating is also discouraged and the Village will not approve any street closures for October 31 block parties to further reduce gatherings. 
Residents are encouraged to enjoy the modified, socially distant version of the Whitefish Bay Civic Foundationโ€™s Great Pumpkin Festival, which will take place from October 28 to 31 in Old School House Park. Event information:
