On Wednesday, December 13, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the Whitefish Bay Police Department will be holding a community meeting concerning coyote management at the Whitefish Bay High School Auditorium. Dianne Robinson a Wildlife Biologist from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Julia Robson the Assistant Natural Areas Coordinator for the Milwaukee County Department of Parks will have a presentation on the urban coyote phenomena and we will answer questions regarding urban coyote existence in our community.
Coyotes are a common sight in and around our houses and cities, but what should you do if you see one? Learn about coyote ecology and behavior from local wildlife experts, and hear about what you can do if you have a concerning situation with a coyote. We will answer questions regarding urban coyote existence in our community.
